Naceva
The larger of the two villages with 65 houses and 200 people
THE LARGER VILLAGE
Naceva is the larger of the two villages with 65 houses, a kindergarten and primary school (70-80 kids!), and a church.
IDEAL LOCATION
Naceva is 3 km / 1.9 miles south of Lawaki Beach House, reached by a short boat ride
LOLOMA LUNCHES
Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday cooked lunches for the school are supplied by Naceva households, supported by Lawaki Beach House.
You may have the opportunity to assist in serving lunch or you can support Loloma Lunches.
VILLAGE LIVING
Take part in normal Fijian everyday life, go on excursions and picnics, try plantation farming and fishing, learn to prepare a meal, weave a mat or fan Fiji-style, visit the local school and church. Just live!
BECOME FIJIAN FAMILY
Great for families, as children are always welcomed and included.
PLEASE LET US KNOW YOU'RE COMING
This has to be arranged well in advance, as it is a true taste of real life, not a hotel bed, and your hosts need to do some preparation. PLEASE do not book this and then not come, as they will have gone to considerable trouble and some expense to arrange for your stay. Also, your hosts will really be looking forward to your visit!
